"great people, fun project, poor management. make great games that push technology alongside some incredible developers and artists. friendly office, plenty of snacks, lots of flexibility and creativity in responsibilities. if you want to do more, you can really expand your expertise. leadership is out of touch with the technology and what the day to day tasks are for development teams, so projects are constantly behind schedule. poor communication between departments and a lot of tension between stakeholders."
