"easy work schedule. very easy job. pension was nice also."

"Just lie and tell them whatever they want to hear. most likely the person interviewing you will have no idea what the job is."
What don't you like about working at Austin Energy?
"the pay was very sub par for the market. promotions are unheard of. management likes to make promises they can't keep"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"jump of something very high. management staffing levels at Austin Energy need to be culled by about 35%"

"I can not think of one thing that I did not like! I really enjoyed the experience."

"Since I was working with a contract, I did not really have management. The company and I worked very well together."

"This was a part-time, part-time job and I actually liked talking to people and hearing their answers."

"Be open, be yourself, people by from people (old phrase) be update, and even if this may be a position you have little experience, do your homework, learn about the service or product, share this in the interview, do not fake your interest! If you are truly interested, show it!"
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"I was an independent contractor, would like to have been given more work. Good people to work with, always helpful, but we were contracted by ATT, the project just was frozen. I wished it continued."

"Management was always willing to help, especially with those of us in the field conducting the site surveys. Always helping us to learn."

"I loved how I was surrounded by kids my own age, and everybody was on the same boat when it came to irate customers."
What don't you like about working at Western Wats?
"The angry clients who did not like receiving phone calls from us."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When someone says no, try not to call them again unless you REALLY have to!"
