"Yes. I was blessed that I could work in a comfortable environment with great coworkers. I've learned many practical skills used in the hospital setting."

"Show them your eager to work and learn if you don't have an experience. They are open to train you if you really want to learn."
What don't you like about working at Dr. Kenneth Kim Plastic Surgery?
"Since it's a small office, we had a very limited benefit and sometimes we had many responsibilities at the same time. For example, I had to take care of a receptionist job as well as a nurse one."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think the office needs to set up the boundaries between all positions so that everyone can focus more on what he is responsible of."
