"I've worked for Surge Staffing as a full-time recruiter. I found the training to be very helpful and management is great! The hours are wonderful (no weekends). Filling positions on short notice can be demanding, but if you are the type of person that welcomes a challenge, you will love it! Also, benefits are great and you are even paid on a weekly basis. The pay is a little low, but you can negotiate for what you believe you deserve."

I took the opportunity because it allowed me to oversee multiple departments of the marketing operations that I had the pleasure to be well integrated with during my time working at the corporate office of Abercrombie & Fitch from 2010-2018. Unfortunately, the leadership of this company was not well-versed in good business practices and fundamentals. A lot of decisions were made based on emotions and ego. The direction was never clear and leadership was poor overall. No one wanted to say "no" and blame often resulted because the culture was run out of fear. The company was behind the times in terms of process and operations."
