"There are two companies under one location. One is successful and the other isn't, but they're trying. The owners are not equal as one is in charge of the entire organization, but will not explain that to you. The other owner thinks they're in charge, but isn't capable of drafting their own email without issue. It's a very unbalanced work environment with two very different styles of leadership that don't communicate with each other very well."
