"Its a wonderful experience to work with GBS, under inspiring and motivating leaders. The past one year experience gave me immense pleasure and knowledge. I have learnt a lot and enthusiatic to learn more. It gave me confidence to take up some leadership and challenges for the growth of the company and for the betterment of myself. In past one year, I have seen many changes within the company, these changes definitely gave the chances to grow its employees. The admin has been doing excellent job, the HR team, WFM and obvious other departments too. The company is new in the market in case of technical support but doing excellent growth and still growing. I have seen the company from the root level if I talk about tech support. Being the first technician of tech support, I am aware of the good changes that had taken place. Every organization, whether organised or established companies do have some loop holes, GBS is growing but because of excellent team and cooperation from every department, it is growing with good speed, the process is ramping up, which means the chance of growth is maximum as a result the IJPs are rolling out, the promotions and appraisal are done time and again. I wish all the best to GBS and reach its pinnacle within coming years."
