"I love my co-workers. It's really a very easy going environment and we've worked hard to maintain and improve that level of positivism. I very rarely have issues with getting my questions answered. Everyone is very supportive of one another as the work can be overwhelming at times. Work wise, it's very rewarding when you're able to perfectly match a teacher with a school. I know our teachers are very grateful for the job/experience, and schools get an opportunity to meet and trust a new educator with their students. There isn't anything that I dislike about the way the company is managed. It's the nature of the job to have hectic days where you have to be open to change with little to no warning."
