"There is a very positive environment. It is not the culture of the company to speak negatively about others."

"If you want to move past the help desk at this company you will have a very difficult time. They say that they really try to promote from within but I have not seen that in my area."

What don't you like about working at Cornerstone Healthcare Group?

"I don't like the fact that there is not enough communication between the programmers and the helpdesk. We need to be better informed about changes and software releases"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more willing to communicate changes and give more training to the help desk that supports the software they have developed"
