Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"MTA is the preferred employer in the valley, they provide good pay, great benefits and the management truely cares about the employees. Best of all, there's no commute to Anchorage."

What don't you like about working at Matanuska Telephone Association?

"Not enough pay; skills are not being used fully, boss style and my own do not work well, although more informal rules are stifling and out dated, the boss focuses on unimportant tasks and does not have a good idea of what's going on or what needs to be done"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue many of the same programs, provide more opportunity for employees to excel without micro-managing, expand the training program to more of the company, do some changes to the lighting environment, and equipment"
