"Decent pay. Financially stable. Nice GYM. Privately held. Generally clean."

"Don't unless it is all that is between you and being homeless"

What don't you like about working at Medline Industries?

"t's like mid-evil Europe with every division and employee focusing on making bonus and covering their tracks to the extreme.Stressful environment makes it hard to get a good nights sleep. There are a few small islands of good people trying to make it better but many of them are tired and approaching burnout. The company has been trying make it seem like it is getting betting with slight of hand window dressing but is little more than window dressing. Very much a boys club with were little diversity of gender or race in management. It's like the cliques in high school. Great if you are in but little opportunity to advance if you are not."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Massively revamp the culture. Everyone has is working harder at covering their a** then taking care of business."
