Superior Access Employee

"Web-based insurance platform design with 41+ insurance carriers for personal and commercial business allows independent agents to build a book of business for sales and customer service needs, Training curriculum needs major improvement, no standard operating procedure in place for none of the 4 job titles available. Managers are very approachable but not always available for customers for resolution in a timely manner. Small work environment. with 4-7 counterparts allows for limited resources for processing files quickly. Great interaction with chain of command but limited growth with few job titles available. Located near three toll road outlets will cause extreme costs for work commute to compile quickly. Work counterparts are kind but overworked and it shows. Moral is not positive for such a small business with very kind individuals employed. Pay is very low for job title in comparison to Austin area."
