Small work environment. with 4-7 counterparts allows for limited resources for processing files quickly. Great interaction with chain of command but limited growth with few job titles available. Located near three toll road outlets will cause extreme costs for work commute to compile quickly. Work counterparts are kind but overworked and it shows. Moral is not positive for such a small business with very kind individuals employed. Pay is very low for job title in comparison to Austin area.
