"Super Systems Inc is a standard contractor company but they don't have very good benefits and don't provide good feedback on performance. I've only been with them for a little over a year and I had to contact them to see if I would receive an annual review and to receive an annual raise. I don't hear from them at all since I am working on the customer's site."
"I've worked for Super Systems Inc (SSi) for one year. The company is a contracting company that fills contracts for the federal government. I don't have any contact with SSi except when I fill out my time sheet. Their benefits are very expensive but they do pay for 50% of the medical insurance premium for the employee only by adding that amount to your annual pay. They have a 401K but don't match anything. They also offer PTO (3 weeks) and pay 80 hours of floating holiday time yearly."
