"I dont like the fact that there was too much competition amongst the company sites and it created uncomfortable work situations in some occasions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion to our management would be to find a way to focus a bit more on Individual Moral Issues by being honest with them and I believe they will get more from their people."
