"This company enabled me to practice lean skills and lead a few teams on my own to develope and excute plans to create new work cells and purchase new equipment."

"This is not a retirement career. If you are looking for something for a few years the pay scale is good but you do not get any benefits. If you display your knowledge these guys will give you the resources to do what you need to do, they are great people to work with and are eager to advance the company."
What don't you like about working at Sunset Metal Works?
"There are no real benefits other than a very limited medical insurance plan. The owner of this small company tends to show a lot of favoritizm to his long term employees which severly interfeers with my abillity to effectively manage the workforce."

"Make a decision on where you want to be in the next few years and allow your production team to get it done."
