"no, not a bad place to work excluding the fact of there being no work. This has more to do with the economy then the company."

"lack and unstable work. Over last three years work has been really hit or miss.............and more miss recently."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not much he can do.....there is a real lack of work in this area as well as too too much competition."
