"It’s a great start for a sales career. Highly recommend working here."
"Sunrun is growing in leaps and bounds considering the short time since they started. Leadership listens to their employees"
"I have worked for SunRun for a short time due to my relocation. I liked the company for their great products and their commitment to help their customers. They make installing solar simple and easy. I also had a great District Manager who believed in me."
"These people are trash, especially at the SALES center. They manipulate you in training as if you’ve just won the lottery, encouraging you to drink the juice. They will emphasize certain values such as these: (?)being human centered while having you work with automated programs, (?)integrity while lying themselves to homeowners. These people don’t care about electricity, you, or your home, neither do they know much about it except the few chosen consultants. passion… courage… impact… These people are hypocrites and cowards. Greedy little Scottsdilians who play games with other peoples lives in their ‘inner circle’. There is a core group at the sales center (about 20 I’ve found from entry level to management). They seem to begin taking employees recorded voices and then implementing free labor somehow after getting IT to optimize the recordings. How human centered is that? I guess it took a human to center it. I wouldn’t be surprised if my radio voice is still used to qualify or schedule leads with some type of 3rd world switchboard. Management conspires with quality assurance to delete leads and deliver improper trials in the courtroom. They manipulate computer date behind the scenes and hire unethical IT employees to harass the unwanted. Lawyers and judges, you need to understand the information shown to you must be COMPLETELY analyzed by a software engineer who can see the coding of what you are being shown. Pictures, tables, graphs, are edited on gogle through layers of date/time stamp printing etc, you are being deceived. While on the way to the bathroom I heard their 3rd party IT people have discussions about unethical practices such as switching out new hardware beyond legal limits. This wasn't just to protect IP such as paid leads, something very worrisome was going on. Like deleting Gogle chats and sellsforce chats to impose 'innocence' on sunruns part. If I knew I'd go to the EEOC, .... no more room to expose in this review."
"Great company. True to its values. Have a flexible work schedule with multiple benefits. It could be better on the compensation. Help to make the world a better place!"
"Sunrun is an excellent company but the incentives for the salespeople have gradually been decreasing."
"Sunrun is a growth-minded company with a strong ethical compass. Senior leadership from the founders are strong. Mid-level leadership is an area in need of improvement."
"Good work in helping the environment"
"Great company would work for again"
"Sunrun is working hard to create a planet run by the sun! It’s a mission we believe in. Great company. Great processes."
"Company is making a ton of changes and doesn't really know which way they are going. They were bringing on people but could not keep them so it ended up having to rehire people all over again. Also the managers have no experience so when you have a problem or question they can't help you."
"Great company, that is gearing up to be a leader within the solar industry."
