"The company is exciting, fast paced, challenging and fun. Every day is something new and you could be helping out someone in Texas, or right down the road. You never know."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest, don't sugarcoat your resume and be ready to work. I know my first 4 weeks my manager was constantly working with me to make sure I could carry out my duties. They don't mess around!"

What don't you like about working at SunMaxx Solar?

"The phones don't stop! The company is constantly growing. I've been here a full year and I don't think we've stopped!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find more qualified staff to help! We are having a hard time finding staff that know how to use computers and are able to come all the way out to Conklin."

"Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere! You are much better off working fast food."

What don't you like about working at SunMaxx Solar?

"Everything. You will be promised benefits upon hiring but will never get them (ie healthcare). Rather than getting approval for your hard work, you will be demoted."

"Any suggestions that I have I wouldn't give. The last thing I want to do is help him!"
