"Do not expect the company to come to your aide when it come to a dispute with a customer. I know drivers who have been cursed at, spit on,physically abused, and had racial and sexual slurs used against hem and the company did nothing"
What don't you like about working at SunLine Transit Agency?
"Supervisors with a various take on company policy. No clear understanding on what was expected of company policy. Too much left up to supervisor interpurtation."

"Better and more uniform training of supervisors. A clearer and better defined definition of policy."
