"I worked for Sunkist Grower RTS for over 8 months. The people are great and I will miss them greatly. The Engineering team management is OK but could be improved. There needs to be a clear vision and teamwork is lacking. Until the UI of our software stops looking outdated giving our equipment the perception of being old technology no job will be secure. It does not matter how skilled a person is, if the money is not coming in then the opportunity will vanish."
