"I've been there for a while and te moral sucks,"

What do you like about working at Sunbelt Staffing?

"Holidays off are good, the money sucks and the management sucks"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes do not take the job. They will tell you one thing and then after you start it wil be completely different. The worst training class I've ever had. If your managers name starts with a J forget about it."

What don't you like about working at Sunbelt Staffing?

"Management plays favorites and breaks rules for certain people. Its not a positive environent and it seems that everyone will throw anyone under te bus to get ahead. People steal business and management let's them. They don't care about people with families and when your sick you can count on your business being stolen from you. You can also count on never using your vacation because they expect you to work 80 hours a week. As a top performer I still do not feel I am treated with gratitude. This place sucks"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your employees like humans. Stop breaking rules for favorites and encourage people to do a good job. When your employee says hI to you say hI back and smile not give them dirty looks as you pass."
