What do you like about working at Sun World?

"Many employees had been there for 20-25 years; their vacation package and sick leave policy was excellent; they had a very low turnover and their employees were very loyal; there was no competition among employees and no office politics and just a wonderful working atmosphere."

What don't you like about working at Sun World?

"I didn't like the fact that a hedge fund bought Sun World and employees became a number; previously, Sun World was a family and only recently did major changes take place eliminating some of its work force."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more careful in screening new and younger employees and valuing the work, dedication and experience of older employees. Be more generous with salaries and cost of living increases."
