"If you like to have no life, this is the place. 12 to 14 hour days. 6 day weeks. No breaks. No lunch. Sunday off but you're so tired all you do is sleep, and then the wife gets mad. Can't be with your kids and no vacation time except in December is the only time you're allowed off. You can't talk to other employees or the owner starts yelling at you that he does not pay you to talk, just work. Nothing is worse at this place except maybe a sweat shop, which this is about equal too."

"If you value a balanced life, don't work here. You will work 13 hour days, 6 days a week, get paid minimum wage, no overtime, no vacation only when the owner wants and that's in the middle of winter when shop closes for 7 to 10 days over Christmas. If you take time off he deducts $100 out of your paycheck per 13 hour day. If you break parts on a car you pay for the new parts and that can get into the $100's. No AC or swamp coolers or heat in the shop. It's hell."
