1.6Subcontracted for this company on a couple of occasions. They hire subcontractors to perform their service offerings. They left me a negative review on my service profile for the mediator they hired me through. Their negative review is the ONLY negative review I have ever received on nearly 40 work orders through the platform.
They left me negative feedback because somebody who was with me had an altercation with somebody at a neighboring store. On their negative review, they falsely stated that it was at the location where I was working. The woman who got into an altercation with the woman who was with me was beyond unreasonable. She found out who I was working for and where I was working and caused a stink at that location and then even followed it up with a phone call to Sun Print Management.
The woman at Sun Print Management whom I spoke with about the incident was anything but pleasant and the facts on their negative review are just plain wrong. That negative review is never going away. I don't plan on bringing this person with me on any further service calls, but I just thought the way Sun Print managed this was poor.
They don't care two iotas about the service providers who perform their work for them. This is a shame considering they perform little to any work in-house.
2Sun Print is a poorly run company. When I worked there, I noticed many billing anomalies resulting in our customers getting overbilled. When I brought these to the attention of my supervisor, I was chastised and reprimanded. I finally quit this job because I could not tolerate being associated with a company that cheats its customers.
