Sun Graphics Employee

"They say they are a family-friendly company and only require a 40 hour work week on average but it’s closer to 60. Workflow is a mess and expectations unrealistic. The employees are really hard working and smart, great to work with, but unfortunately ownership is more focused on growing than growing well and taking care of their people in the process. Although they do offer fair compensation and benefits, expectations and workflow are unrealistic. They are a company that wants to innovate but get in their own way by pivoting too frequently and not supporting initiatives with the amount of personnel needed to really make them successful. A lot of good intentions poorly executed or supported overall in this company."
