"Turnover rate of employees is ridiculously high. People are fired without cause. Half the staff gets replaced every year. Owned by an Egyptian who inherited all his money from his father and has no appreciation of his employees. The COO makes 6 figures but his goal is to drive everyone else to $11 an hour or less. All actual production is offshored to China. Very poor employer. Poor benefits."
