"I didn't like how it ended but I should have stood my ground and fought for my job. Pity"

"In my time I had 13 different managers (not counting the one I had more than once). A bit of stability would have fostered a better team business style."

"Keep in mind they expect the world and if you do not deliver than expect to be held accountable. It is a very high stress, demanding job that really produces little reward for the employee that is not working in the corporate office."

"Sun Communities expects employees to dedicate much more than a person should have to. Working 50, 60+ hours a week to meet goals and expectations is not a way to keep employees working efficiently."

"Give the employees something to work for, don't treat them like work horses"
