There has been a lot of changes from the CEO, the direction of the company, comp plans, etc. This is an exciting space to be in so I am passionate about what we do and our solution. Pros: benefits, access to training, team members are great, career advancement. I have seen many employees over the past 3yrs get promoted or transferred into a different department to gain and learn additional skills. Company is great using transferable skills. Cons: Corporate office was just remodeled huge improvement. However lack of conference rooms,office temperature is very cold, no clear direction, HR dept is not that great. They announce changes, and no follow up. Recruitment lacks communication with interviewing and follow up."

"Be prepared for a 6 long rounds of technical interviews. It is not easy to get through all the rounds. You MUST have both technical and communication skills."
