Ski Instructor

"This was an amazing first job for me. The pay was nice and since my mother was teaching as well, I did not have to worry about gas money or expenses. I used my own gear except for the company coat and I got a free season pass with the job as all instructors do. Some times there would be no kids to teach so we could go off for a couple hours and check in to see if there was classes available to teach. I loved it and had a blast seeing kids and adults get better at something with my help."

Snowboard Instructor

"It was my first job ever and what a good one. I had to take a class when I was 14 to get certified to teach snowboarding to kids and adults. Because of this certification I was legally able to work when I was 15. The pay wasn't good but basically paid for gas but the free season pass made that just fine. It was super fun and I learned a lot about teaching and working with people of all ages and personality types."
