"Complete control over all phases of the sales process including contract negotiations regarding terms, conditions, and price."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't. CentralPayment is a slightly better company however, I ran into certain issues there as well. WorldPay would be the ideal job in this industry if you can get in, Transfirst is also a decent company in the industry. Avoid FirstData. (these are the top 3 players.) A processor to bank sales position is what is desired, but they mostly require 2 years outside sales experience with a credit card processing company. I personally declined to relocate to Philadelphia PA to obtain a position with WorldPay"

What don't you like about working at Summit Merchant Solutions?

"Pay was 3 times lower than industry standard, Stole accounts behind back within protected territory, Bait and switched a client(I offered one thing and was approved, they then faxed a different contract to potential client) Resigned due to ethical issues. GOOGLE the company. Regional VP has emailed me numerous times to reconsider Advanced pay structure for top consultants."

"Be honest, have integrity, support the sales team, lead by example."
