"Summit Healthcare provides great support and customer service to external clients. Sadly, the same can not be said for the treatment of their employees. The executive team only focuses on the sales numbers; barely any recognition is provided to the staff who work endless hours to maintain the products/image of the company. The company does not provide equal opportunity to staff members, especially to people of color."
