What do you like about working at Summit Career College?

"I liked teaching nursing a career I feel passionate about. The org. allowed anyone through its doors that passed a credit check. I am convinced most never finished high school. They had a terrible repore with teaching staff or authority. good luck with nursing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Only if this is your last recourse and keep looking for another job. I have seen very talented teachers transported to ER with chest pain because it is so stressful to work in a place that says they will support you and then doesn't."

What don't you like about working at Summit Career College?

"The administration changed about every 6 months. I had 3 DON's in the 9 months I was there. Their focus was not on quality but on the almighty dollar. They were on a prov. accreditation by the BVNPT (board). Because the students could not pas the state exam."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Support your staff."
