"Work culture is important. I believe if the people that are placed in positions to lead, should lead by example. There are high turnovers. I see many people having to work double shifts to cover. Many employees are stressed and overworked. The benefits are not good. There has been workplace bullying and harassment witnessed and reported, and no further actions done to address those issues."
