"The company overall is a good company to work for. That being said, anyone specifically looking to enter the IT department would need to understand that they will be coming into a somewhat stagnant and 'dead end' environment."

"Upper management of the department is incredibly negative and hostile towards employees making the work environment very difficult. Company offers no further compensation past initial hiring pay. No opportunity for career growth or advancement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upper departmental management needs to trust that we are adults capable of doing our job. Hostility, threats, and putting us down does not create a positive of effective work environment."
