What do you like about working at SUMCO?

"The people seem okay for the most part but there is little trust amongst the employees."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't because they are shutting down the one on Maineville, Ohio."

What don't you like about working at SUMCO?

"The age descrimination problems they have considering they do not like anyone over 50 years of age. Very obvious when you go to work there and the descrimination is promoted all through management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of upper management and replace them with people that have the education along with some common sense."
