"This place of business thrives on petty high school-like drama. You find yourself getting into trouble for the most mundane things. When reviews come, like most companies they find reasons not to give you what you are owed, but they give really bad reasons for not giving them (such as you don't know your job as thoroughly as they would like). They have NO training program. They teach you for a day and then let you flop around on your own to panic and not have a supervisor's insight. I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that most of the managers and supervisors have to do the jobs of 4 other people so everyone is overworked and too busy to help train properly - and all the incoming loans that help with the yearly bonuses go back into the president's pockets so he can continue to sit in his office and stare at the SRB home screen. And HR doesn't know anything and will NOT have the employees back. Honestly, DON'T GO TO HR if you're having an issue. It comes back to bite you in the butt and puts a HUGE target on your back."
