What don't you like about working at Sugar Factory?
"The owner of the company is a complete disaster. Recently convicted of tax fraud, he has let the entire company crumble around him, financially. As a result as how bad finances are, he forced me to fire my entire team, but requires me to still do all the work as if they were all still there. My vendors have quit working with us since they can't even get paid. I fear this company is a sinking ship, and just feel it will be best to part ways sooner rather than later."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The only solution that could possibly solve all these problems is if the investors some how got rid of the owner."
