"I've worked for Success Academy since November 2019. It is the largest and one of the most successful charter school networks in New York that currently operates 46 schools. I found the work compelling and my colleagues smart and motivating. My concern is that the organization has not found a way to innovate in an adverse political and financial climate, and that there is no appetitive for implementing important legal structures that protect against legal risk. I also find that there is limited growth potential and mobility."
