"My role involved "hacking" together existing WordPress themes without much regard for best coding and development practices (not by my choice) before the loss of two major clients. Now more time is spent calling companies to advertise our services and lunch is forbidden until we earn enough "points" to do so. Manager will not hesitate to make condescending remarks and expect you to figure out his thinking without giving clear and concise instructions. Unfortunately, I do not see any long term growth in a company that's been around for 12 years and can't keep clients. Huge red flag!"
