"They are reducing costs by letting go of the people that do the bulk of the work.They need to start over in organizing the management of the company before they make any more hourly or salaried cuts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Go back to what made Sub-Zero Freezer successful. Eliminate the fat in middle management. Start over in the human resources department management with people that support the needs of the employees."
