"No chance of advancement . there seems to be a click and if u don't belong to it u will not get advanced. Plus you can not express your opinion, without getting in trouble."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to get rid of the clicks, and look at the individual plus the willingness to learn and how hard a worker he or she is.Not how many years .There are alot of BS up there"
