4.7 I worked for sturgeon for 9 months as a site-specific change order estimator. I found that the company as a whole was very interested in the employee's welfare. We were encouraged to provide our input for all daily activities so that supervisors could adjust work crews for the best performance. Great pay and benefits.

2.7 I haven't worked for sturgeon long, but the shop you work out of is critical. The North shop is awful. There is no communication and they're all about the profits and they bring in the cheapest labor they can to make a buck. The south shop on the other hand, is the complete opposite and they really care about helping you stay employed and get the training you need
