"I do not like my location of where I sit as many people are loud and it is sometimes difficult to concentrate."

"to allow people to telecommute from home if they are used to this and have done it in the past for at least 1 day per week."

"They need to provide feedback to their staff so the staff can make improvements and are not informed of their mistakes at their evaluation where they can no longer make improvements."
