"Ask questions about where they see the company going and current challenges. Listen for their goals and determine if they are reasonable. Know your comfort level in exceeding the company gaols"

What don't you like about working at Studio Moulding?

"Short sighted due to growth concerns. I was busy raising a family and they had little empathy for a family man. While I was recovering from a Workers' Comp Injury they let me go to cut costs. That was cold and I do not think they realized how poor that was ethically."

"Embrace the skills of your team and your team will offer a higher degree of productivity"
