"It's not so bad, really. Usually your team is composed of great people and there is a lot of down time when it's not Christmas or Easter season. However,.corporate will get to you and you'll feel like your job is constantly threatened, beware."
What don't you like about working at Portrait Innovations?
"There is no freedom. Corporate controls everything, how to shoot, how to sell, how to answer the phone. memorize scripts, improve your already high sales average..."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would pay a lot more attention to lower level employees. They're the ones making the money and deserve to have a voice."
