What don't you like about working at Student Transportation of America?

"towards the end of my job, they brougfht in a new VP in charge of fleet services. He had no idea what the school bus business was about. He came from the rental car business. He had some odd ideas on the way a school bus yard should be run."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have taken more interest in each trerminal. I don't think I ever saw the CEO at my terminal in almost 10 years working there."
