"I enjoyed working at Dow because my ideas were heard. Supervisor's and co-workers treated you with respect and their were ample opportunities for advancement."

What don't you like about working at Dow Chemical?

"At times being an employee at a large corporation you would feel like another numbered employee. But this was very rare."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More communication would help engage employees more and create a more uplifting atmosphere."
