"Learn basic German to have a nice conversation with the management."
What don't you like about working at Technical University of Berlin?
"German language was a problem for me, specially with the person in the management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should speak English with foreign employee. It will help them to feel home."
What do you like about working at Cal Poly Pomona?
"It has flexible hours, the work is not too hard, and I get to do other things."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Have more human interaction with other departments instead of just closing the door and staying away from others (especially the secretary). Needs more social media, connection with students, etc."
What don't you like about working at Cal Poly Pomona?
"The secretary has zero responsibility for her work and makes me cover for her personal things too much."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would be less of a micro manager, unlike her."
What do you like about working at University of Vermont?
"Ability to be independent in my work and self-starting. Though the atmosphere is highly collaborative, my supervisor usually respects me and trusts my ability to do my own work and complete (and set) my own projects."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you're looking to move to Vermont and stay here--or if you're a local and never want to leave--this is a great place to be. But once you move into your job, it's hard to move up without moving on. Burlington is a great place for raising kids, but it can get kind of boring after a while."
What don't you like about working at University of Vermont?
"I'm a male in a mostly female workplace. This means that part of my job is to make small talk and form bonds with the people I work with, even if they are not the kind of people I'd ordinarily like. There is a fair deal of pressure to comply with the overriding office philosophy: challenges to that philosophy are not appreciated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I'd provide room for all working styles--not just extroverts. Introverts should be given room and space to work and not necessarily shoved into a room with a bunch of people who insist on working together to come up with a plan."

"Great people, must love what you doing. you have to enjoy it."

"Work hard, start focused on your work and you may have to work outside at times"

"Nothing.it was a internship.but I enjoyed the internship there. It was a good job."

"More hours for employees. Dont treat your employees different and try to make everyone feel at home."

"I enjoyed that I was able to work while also taking classes. The employer was willing to work with my class schedule when creating my work schedule."

"Try to be reasonable with your schedule and avoid taking excessive days off."
What don't you like about working at University of Colorado?
"The work became tedious on very long shifts. After completing many of the initial tasks there often times was not anything substantial which remained to be done."

"Allow students to leave the front desk (but remain in store) so that more tasks can be completed."

"It is a great place to work and we have good enough time and no pressure while working."

"Be good with your engineering basics, as you need to teach the fellow engineering students."

"Sometimes I get bored of doing nothing while working, when no students are there."

"Spread the word across the university about this tutoring centre."

"They paid better than minimal wage and they were really lenient with my school schedule."

"No I don't have any tips interviewing with the MPSC because they were all really laid-back nice people. Also, this minimum of 10 words is really annoying, my honest opinion."
What don't you like about working at Michigan Public Service Commission?
"I work with another student assistant who is busy everyday and doesn't give me more work to do sometimes. I have a lot of slow days in the summer."

"I don't have any suggestions for management because our HR department handles everything related to that."
