"STS Inks is a small ink manufacturing company in Boca Raton, FL employing under 100 people. While the general corporate culture was healthy, compensation was significantly below average, and poor management structure led to conflicts of interest with regard to quality control. Management also discouraged cross-training employees, so while it was possible to get a job with the company, there was very little advancement possible within the organization."
