"Depends on the position. If you are applying for C++ Development, show them your work experience there. Also the Engineering department seems to like good educational pedigree."

"I was laid off due to a revolving door fcorporate culture that exists here. Fresh talent is bought in just as old talent is let go."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This may be a sustainable business model while there is a global oversupply of engineers, but lets see how long it will be an IT manager's market"
